How long is the membership for?
It is a 45 day membership effective from the date of the first service redemption. It can be renewed on a monthly basis. And you can use it any day of your membership month, during any of our branch operating hours.
Can I upgrade the services in the membership?
You can: – Upgrade from basic Mani Padi to Nail Extensions for ONLY 6 KD. – Upgrade from Blowdry to Wavy for ONLY 6 KD.
Can I transfer my membership to another person?
This membership is exclusive for your use only.
How can I pay for this membership?
You can pay in any of our branches, or you can receive a MyFatoorah link. Upon payment you will receive a membership card.
How can I renew the membership?
You can renew the membership fee as soon as your current one is completed. You can also choose to pay for more than 1 month to keep it valid for longer.
Can I freeze my monthly membership?
You can freeze the monthly membership for up to 5 days.
What is the retail credit?
You can use the retail credit towards buying any product you want from our NumberC store in Thuraya and Jahra. The invoice you get will be discounted by the specified retail credit amount.
What is the additional discount applicable for?
It is applicable to all Nail Station services, except Nails.
Can I cancel and refund my membership?
There is no refund on any completed membership payments.
